Where can I find your ingredient lists and allergen information?
You can see the ingredients and allergens on every product page. All our brownies and blondies are suitable for vegetarians.
Are your brownies gluten-free?
We have four flavours that are gluten-free: The Dora, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Orange, and Amaretto. Please note that although they are gluten-free, they are made in a kitchen that handles gluten.
Are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegetarians.
Are your brownies suitable for vegans?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we don’t offer any vegan options. But we are working on it!

How much notice do you need when ordering?
We freshly bake our brownies, so please allow two to three working days from ordering to dispatch.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
Will I receive a notification after making my order?
Yes, you should receive an email notification immediately after placing your order. If you do not, please check your spam folder.
I need to change my order. What should I do?
We are more than happy to make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please get in touch at email@example.com or by replying to the order confirmation email.
When will I get my brownies?
Please allow two to three working days for baking.
We use Royal Mail First Class to deliver our brownies UK-wide. This usually takes one to two working days (though at busy times it can take longer).
Can I get my brownies more quickly?
Absolutely. Just choose the "Special Delivery by 1 pm" option during checkout. This guarantees that your order will get to you the day after we dispatch it.
Bear in mind that your order will still take the same amount of time to prepare. Please allow two to three working days between ordering and dispatch.
Please note that Special Delivery by 1 pm does not include Saturday delivery.
Are they letterbox brownies?
No, our brownies are too big to fit through a letterbox. So you will need to be there to accept delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We post anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver?
We deliver for free in Abergavenny and for a small charge to the surrounding villages.
Can I collect my brownies?
Unfortunately, we do not offer collection. However, we will be very happy to deliver or post your order directly to you.
Do you have a shop?
No, we are a home-based business. If you would like to make an order, please click here.
Can I include a personal card/note?
Of course! During checkout, you can enter your message and we will hand write it on a greeting card at no extra cost.
What is your return policy?
We're confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if your brownies arrive in a damaged condition or if they are not what you ordered, then please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How long can I keep the brownies for?
Our brownies are preservative-free, so are best eaten within a week. Keep them in an airtight container. We recommend keeping them in the fridge when the weather is warmer.
Can I freeze the brownies?
Yes, you can freeze them for up to a month. We recommend defrosting them in the fridge before eating.
